Seller’s Full Submission. 3. Preliminary review of the proposed property 4. Our letter of intent to acquire the property 5. Study period The study includes: · review of the existing leases · market analysis · building inspection · environmental reports · terms of available financing · actual equity requirement for the acquisition 6. RWT’s offer - Bid Price & Acquire Agreement 7. We deposit cash in Seller’s account. The entire process from receipt of the Seller’s Offer to Get Cash takes approximately three to four months.
